Welcome to Peartree! We are excited to partner with you and help instill a love of learning in your child(ren). Peartree serves children age 2 to 5 years. You can choose between full-time child care and part-time programs for two, three, or five days per week. Please view the details below.

Preschoolers wishing to enroll in our pre-kindergarten class must be at least 4 years old and planning to attend kindergarten the following year. We base class placement for each of our programs on the developmental needs of the individual child.


How to Apply
  • Please begin by filling out our online application.
  • If you have any questions or would like to set up a tour, please e-mail us.

Due Date
  • We are currently accepting applications for this year and next fall.

After You Apply
  • We will contact families for an admissions visit. Faculty will meet with families and assess the child(ren) and how we could possibly partner with families.
  • We will send out notifications within two  to three weeks after the admissions visit.

Registration
  • Before we can finalize admission, parents/guardians must submit all health records, background forms, emergency contact forms, and authorization forms as required by the Bureau of Child Care. When we receive the completed enrollment forms, we will confirm the commencement date for the child(ren).

  • A security deposit equivalent to one-month tuition is due prior to enrolling and is non-refundable.
  • Monthly tuition payments are due by the first day of every month.
  • There is a one-time $200 registration fee required for all new families.
  • No credits given for sick days or vacation days.
Admissions

In an effort to reduce paper use, we only accept online admissions applications. Please fill out our application to the left.

Applying online allows you to complete and save all application information. It also enables you to conveniently pay your application fee and track all progress.



Tuition

Tuition varies based upon the number of hours per day your child is involved in our program.


If your child is accepted, the completed enrollment contract, medical forms and a deposit are due to reserve your child's space in the school.

Tuition Assistance

Peartree is a developing private preschool. While we strive to meet the needs of all of our applicants, we are not able to offer Tuition Assistance at this time. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
